Pricing Guide
Imagine mornings with coffee on the porch, weekends filled with activities, and a home that grows with your family’s needs. Whether you're building from the ground up or reimagining an existing space, our goal is to create a place where memories are made and comfort is felt. We understand that embarking on a custom build or remodel can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to cost. That’s why we’re committed to making the process transparent, so you can plan with confidence.

The cost of your project, whether new construction or a remodel, will depend on several factors, including site preparation, project scale, and the level of customization you choose. For both types of projects, we prioritize transparency around essential components, such as infrastructure, foundations, and design features. Unlike some builders, we discuss these needs up front to avoid unexpected costs later. Overlooking crucial elements like utilities, structural updates, and site work can impact your budget and overall experience—something we strive to prevent with a thorough, clear approach.

Our Cost Guide provides a breakdown of the considerations unique to both new construction and remodels, so you have the insights needed to make informed choices from start to finish. With a focus on open communication and thoughtful planning, we’re here to make sure your project is as enjoyable as the home you envision.

Wet Bar: Wet Bars are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. A Basic-Level Beverage Center consists of 6'-8' of cabinetry and countertops. A Mid-Level Beverage Center includes the same as the basic-level except it adds an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A High-Level Wet Bar is a more customized space for parties including multiple appliances and high end finishes.
Additions, Large-Scale Remodels, & Custom-Builds
The estimated cost of building your custom home is primarily based on the square footage and the quality of finishes you select. This square footage calculation, combined with site-specific expenses, provides a general cost estimate. While overall costs don’t increase exactly proportionate to size, square footage remains one of the most reliable ways to approximate project costs. In the Greater Atlanta area, custom homes typically start around $350 per square foot and can reach $700 per square foot for high-end finishes. Most of our builds range from $350 to $550 per finished square foot (excluding the cost of land).

Please note that these figures are estimates. For a more precise quote tailored to your unique project, we recommend a consultation with your custom home builder. Below are sample cost estimates by square footage to help you establish an initial budget. These figures include site-specific costs, site preparation, construction, and permit fees but do not include land or lot costs.
